Water-soluble food colours

Water-soluble dyes will dissolve in any product or application where free water is available. EXTRACHEM offers water-soluble dyes as powders, granules and even as pre-dissolved liquids, which are characterised by a very high solubility and an exceptionally low proportion of insoluble particles. A wide selection of blends, which can also be adapted to customer requirements, completes the product range. Of course, all dyes meet the purity criteria of Directive 231/2012/EU.

The respective US-approved water-soluble dyes are also available as FD&C-certified dyes. Each batch is analysed by the FDA using a sample, released and listed under the individual certified batch number.
